Equipment Hire Terms

1. Hire scope
Shishas, hoses, bowls and accessories delivered by KloudDrop remain the property of KloudDrop and are hired to you for the agreed session.
2. Deposit
A refundable equipment deposit may be taken at checkout. The deposit is released once equipment is collected and inspected.
3. Care of equipment
You agree to keep equipment safe, dry and away from open flame beyond the intended charcoal use. Do not attempt repairs or modifications.
4. Damage & loss
Any damage, loss or missing components will be deducted from the deposit at published replacement cost. Excess amounts may be invoiced separately.
5. Collection window
Collection is scheduled via your account. If a KloudDrop worker cannot access the equipment inside the agreed window, additional collection fees may apply.
6. Safety
Never leave lit charcoal unattended. Follow the safety card left with the equipment. If in doubt, extinguish charcoal in the provided container and contact support.
7. Age & responsibility
The account holder is responsible for all use of the hired equipment during the hire period and must ensure no person under 18 uses it.
