1. About KloudDrop
KloudDrop is a mobile shisha delivery and equipment-hire service operating in selected Sydney suburbs. These terms govern your use of our website, app and services.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to order from KloudDrop. Valid photo ID is required on delivery. We reserve the right to refuse service where ID cannot be produced or is questionable.
3. Ordering
Orders are subject to zone availability, van capacity and current stock. Prices and availability may change without notice. An order is confirmed only when it appears in your account with a KD-order number.
4. Payment
You may pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or cash on delivery. A refundable equipment deposit may apply to hire items and is released after successful collection.
5. Delivery & collection
Estimated delivery times are indicative only. You are responsible for providing an accurate address and being available to receive the driver. Collection windows are agreed inside your account.
6. Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled without charge before a van is dispatched. Once dispatched, a restocking fee may apply. See our Refund Policy for details.
7. Responsible service
You agree to enjoy KloudDrop products responsibly and not to supply them to any person under 18. Drivers may refuse or terminate service at any time.
8. Liability
KloudDrop is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our services, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights under Australian Consumer Law.
