18+ only
KloudDrop products and equipment are supplied strictly to persons aged 18 and over. Valid Australian photo ID (drivers licence, passport, proof of age card) must be presented on delivery.
ID checks
Our drivers are required to sight and verify ID before handing over equipment. If ID cannot be produced, we cannot leave the order and standard cancellation fees apply.
Health warning
Shisha smoke contains harmful chemicals, including carbon monoxide and tar, and is not a safe alternative to cigarettes. Use may cause serious health issues.
Pregnancy & children
Do not use shisha while pregnant or breastfeeding. Never allow children or teens to use, touch or sit near a lit shisha.
Setup safety
Only use shisha in well-ventilated spaces. Never use indoors without airflow. Never leave lit charcoal unattended.
Right to refuse
KloudDrop workers may refuse or terminate service at any time if there are safety concerns, intoxication or suspected supply to minors.
