KloudDrop Pty Ltd supplies shisha products and equipment to adults aged 18 and over only.

It is an offence in New South Wales to supply tobacco products or non-tobacco smoking products to a person under 18. KloudDrop supplies to adults aged 18 and over only, without exception, and there is no discretion for our workers to depart from this.
Identification checked at the door
Our worker will ask to sight approved photo identification before handing over any product or equipment: an Australian driver licence or photo card, an Australian or foreign passport, or a NSW Proof of Age card. Digital versions of these documents issued by the relevant authority are accepted. Expired, altered, damaged or borrowed documents are not accepted.
We refuse service when ID is absent or questionable
If identification is not produced, or if our worker is not reasonably satisfied that the document is genuine and belongs to the person presenting it, the delivery is refused and nothing is left at the address. Standard cancellation and call-out fees apply, and any equipment deposit is returned in full.
Proxy purchases are refused
It is also an offence for an adult to buy tobacco or non-tobacco smoking products on behalf of a person under 18. Where our worker reasonably suspects that an order is being received for a minor — including where minors are present and are the intended users — the delivery is refused. We may decline future orders from that address.
NSW restrictions cover non-tobacco shisha too
Tobacco control laws in New South Wales apply to non-tobacco smoking products, including herbal and molasses shisha, and to shisha equipment such as water pipes. Age restrictions, display and advertising restrictions, and smoke-free place restrictions all apply to these products in the same way they apply to tobacco. "Herbal", "0% tobacco" or "nicotine-free" does not make a product unrestricted or safe.
Health warning
Water pipe smoke is not filtered by the water and is not a safe alternative to cigarettes. A single shisha session can involve inhaling a large volume of smoke over an extended period. The smoke contains carbon monoxide, tar, heavy metals and cancer-causing chemicals, both from the burning charcoal and from the product itself, including in non-tobacco preparations. Use is associated with cancers, heart and lung disease, and — where tobacco is present — nicotine dependence.
Second-hand smoke
People nearby breathe the same smoke, from the pipe and from the burning charcoal. Keep the shisha away from other people, particularly children, pregnant people and anyone with a heart or respiratory condition. Never use a shisha in an enclosed space, in a vehicle, or where people are sleeping. Sharing hoses and mouthpieces also spreads infections — use the disposable mouth tips supplied.
Carbon monoxide and charcoal safety
Burning charcoal produces carbon monoxide, which is odourless and can be fatal indoors. Use only in a well-ventilated outdoor or open space. Never leave lit charcoal unattended, never move a lit shisha, and extinguish charcoal fully in the container provided at the end of the session.
Pregnancy and children
Do not use shisha while pregnant or breastfeeding. Never allow children or teenagers to use, handle or sit beside a lit shisha, and keep charcoal, tongs and heat devices out of their reach.
Smoke-free laws and venue permission
Smoke-free laws restrict smoking, including shisha, in enclosed public places, in and around many outdoor public areas, in commercial outdoor dining areas, and in a vehicle carrying a person under 16. Before you order, confirm that smoking is permitted where you intend to use the equipment and obtain permission from the property owner, landlord, strata or venue. Event organisers are responsible for their venue's rules and for their guests. KloudDrop will not set up in a location where smoking is not permitted.
Our workers may refuse or stop service
Our workers may refuse a delivery, or recover equipment early, where there is a safety risk, apparent intoxication, aggression, an unlawful or unsafe smoking location, or a suspected supply to a minor.
